Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 9, 2026

Urge Interactive, LLC wants everyone to be able to use urgeinteractive.com, including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control or keyboard-only navigation.

Our goal

We aim for our website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content easier to use for people with a wide range of disabilities, including vision, hearing, movement, speech, learning and cognitive disabilities.

What we do

  • We design and build the site with accessibility in mind from the start, including color contrast, keyboard access, visible focus, text alternatives for images, clear headings and labels, and support for screen readers.
  • We test the site with automated accessibility tools and review pages again as the site changes.
  • We fix problems as we find them or as people report them to us.

Accessibility is ongoing work. Even with our efforts, some pages or features may not yet work well for everyone.

Content from other companies

Some parts of the site rely on other companies, such as links to social media sites and map directions. We cannot control how accessible those services are, but if one of them causes you a problem, tell us and we will help you get the information another way.

Report a barrier or ask for help

If you have trouble using any part of our website, or you need information in a different format, please let us know. We want to hear from you.

  • Email: support@urgeinteractive.com (please use “Accessibility” in the subject line)
  • Phone (toll-free): (888) 348-3113
  • Mail: Urge Interactive, LLC, 7906 Santa Monica Blvd., Suite 201, West Hollywood, CA 90046

It helps us if you tell us the web address of the page, what you were trying to do, what happened, and the browser and any assistive technology you use. You do not need to give us all of this to get help.

What happens next

We will confirm that we received your message, let you know how we plan to fix the problem, and keep you updated until it is resolved. If something will take time to fix, we will give you the information or service you need another way in the meantime, for example by email or phone.

Feedback

We welcome suggestions for making the site easier to use. You can reach us at any time using the contact details above.
