We’re seeking an experienced and driven Sales Executive to join our digital marketing agency that specializes in providing comprehensive marketing services to plastic surgeons, dermatologists, medical spas and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in selling marketing services. This role involves identifying and reaching out to potential clients, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and closing deals that align with our company’s goals and client needs. Additionally, the role will focus on building strategic corporate partnerships with companies in the capital device sector, such as aesthetic medicine and surgical device companies. Occasional travel to industry events and tradeshows will also be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and tailor marketing solutions to meet their objectives.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify and address client pain points.
- Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the benefits of Urge Interactive’s suite of services, including website development, SEO, social advertising, search advertising, graphic design and more.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors. Provide insights and recommendations to improve service offerings and market positioning.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and develop strategic corporate partnerships with capital device companies. Work collaboratively to create marketing programs that promote new devices to consumers.
- Event Participation: Represent Urge Interactive at industry events and tradeshows. Network with potential clients and partners, showcasing our services and expertise.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates. Provide regular reports to the sales manager.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Bonus: Experience working in the medical and aesthetic industry.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, social media, and website development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
