Graphic Design That Makes Patients Trust You on Sight
Patients decide whether to trust you in about a second. We make that second count.
We design print, social, and patient-facing graphics for medical and aesthetic practices, all on one consistent brand system, by an in-house creative team. The result is a practice that looks as premium as the care you deliver, everywhere a patient sees you.

The honest question
Does your practice look as good as it is?
Design has one job: make patients trust you before you say a word. That judgment happens fast, in the first fraction of a second a patient sees you.[2] Here is where most practices quietly lose it.

								Every flyer looks different.
Mismatched design makes even an excellent practice feel disorganized.

Your brand stops at the logo.
Without a system, consistency falls apart the moment someone needs a new graphic.

								Templates look like templates.
Patients can tell when a design came from a stock kit, and it quietly costs you trust.

You're handing out someone else's brochures.
A lot of your printed materials came from a device rep or pharma supplier, so nothing matches your brand, and none of it is really yours.

Design lives on one person's laptop.
When they're out, the work stalls and the files go missing.

								Print and digital don't match.
The waiting-room poster and the Instagram post look like two different practices.

## Design isn't decoration. It's how patients decide.

In aesthetic medicine, your design is the first thing a patient experiences, and often the only thing they judge before they ever speak to you. The research is blunt about it. People form a visual first impression in about 50 milliseconds, faster than they can read a single word.[2] Nearly half of all people, 46.1%, say the look of your materials is the main thing they use to decide whether to trust you.[1] And practices that present one consistent brand across every touchpoint see revenue lift between 23% and 33% over those that don't.[3]

For a premium practice, this is the whole game. The patients you want, the ones who choose their surgeon or dermatologist on reputation rather than a discount, read polish as competence. Refined, design-forward, genuinely high-end materials signal that the care inside matches the look outside. Clip-art flyers and stock templates signal the opposite, and they quietly sort you into the discount pile next to everyone racing to the bottom on price. Our job is to design you out of that pile and into the one premium patients trust on sight.

Two decades in medical + aesthetic
We don't design for everyone. We design for practices like yours.
Since 2003 we've designed for dermatology, plastic surgery and cosmetic surgery, MedSpa, dental, general practice, and wellness practices, plus full-scale hospital systems, across the US and Canada. We know what reads as premium in a waiting room, what stops a scroll in a feed, and the lines patient-facing materials can't cross, so your brand looks the part everywhere it shows up.

							01

We know what reads as premium
The difference between design that signals expertise and design that looks like a coupon, learned over two decades in medical and aesthetics. Premium patients can't always name what feels off about cheap design, but they feel it, and they leave.

							02

							We know the rules
Patient-facing materials designed with privacy, accessibility, and the realities of medical and aesthetic marketing in mind, not just how they look. A generalist designer who has never worked in medicine doesn't know where those lines are.

							03

							We keep you consistent
A real design system behind every piece, so your hundredth graphic still looks like it belongs with the first, no matter who on your team requests it or how fast you grow.

## The three things practices hate about outsourcing design (and what we do instead)

If you've hired out design before, or watched an agency do it badly, you already know the complaints. We hear them constantly, because they're real. Here they are, and here is exactly what we do instead.

### 1. Every designer makes it look generic

Most design today is assembled from the same stock kits and trendy templates, which is precisely why so many practices end up looking like the MedSpa down the street. For a practice trying to attract premium patients, looking interchangeable isn't a neutral default, it's the problem. We design custom, on a brand system built only for you, so your materials look like your practice and no one else's. Premium patients notice the difference, even when they can't name it.

### 2. It's slow, and you never really own anything

The freelancer goes quiet, the one designer who knows your brand is on vacation, and every new graphic turns into a fire drill. Worse, when you finally ask for the files, you learn they were never really yours. We work as one in-house team off a documented system, so requests don't stall, and you own organized, editable source files, always. Nothing is held hostage.

### 3. They design pretty, not compliant

A talented designer who has never worked in medicine will make something beautiful that quietly creates a problem: a claim that crosses a line, a before-and-after used the wrong way, an intake form that mishandles patient information. We've designed patient-facing materials in this space since 2003, so we know what reads as credible in a clinical setting and where the compliance lines sit, and we build privacy and accessibility in from the start.

What's includedEverything your brand needs to look the partOne in-house team, one consistent system, instead of piecing it together from five freelancers who never talk to each other.

							Brand-aligned design system
Colors, type, and layouts that keep every piece unmistakably yours.

							Print collateral
Brochures, flyers, signage, and forms designed to look premium in hand.

							Social + digital graphics
Scroll-stopping posts, stories, and ads, sized correctly for every platform.

							Patient-facing materials
Intake packets, pre- and post-care guides, and education sheets that feel cohesive and clear.

							Presentation + sales decks
Polished decks for consults, referrals, and partnership conversations.

							Source files you own
Organized, editable files handed over, never held hostage.

What we designEvery piece your practice hands out, posts, or hangs on a wallIf a patient sees it, we can design it, all to one consistent brand system, including the large-format and out-of-home work most agencies don't touch, from trade-show booths to billboards. Opening or relaunching a practice? Your whole physical presence is a design decision, the sign out front, your windows, your waiting room, every handout, and we design all of it as one brand. FAQGraphic Design questions, answered

**Q: What kinds of graphic design do you offer?**

Print collateral, social and digital graphics, patient-facing materials, signage, and presentation decks, all designed to one consistent brand system. If a patient sees it, we can design it.

**Q: Will my design look custom, or like a template?**

Custom. We design on a brand system built only for your practice, never pulled from a stock kit, because looking like every other practice is the fastest way to lose a premium patient. The whole point is that your materials look unmistakably like you.

**Q: Do I need a brand or logo first?**

No. If you already have a brand, we design within it. If you don't, we can build the identity first through our branding service, then design everything else to match, so nothing looks bolted on later.

**Q: Can you match my existing brand?**

Yes. Give us your guidelines, logo, fonts, and colors, and we design every new piece to fit them exactly, so the tenth graphic belongs with the first. If your brand has drifted over the years, we'll quietly tighten it as we go.

**Q: Will I get the editable files?**

Yes, always. You receive organized, editable source files for everything we design. Nothing is held hostage, because it's your brand, not ours.

**Q: Do you handle print production?**

Yes. We deliver print-ready files and can coordinate printing and finishing, so your collateral looks as good in hand as it does on screen.

**Q: How fast can you turn around a design?**

It depends on the piece, but a real design system is what makes us fast. Once your system is built, new graphics are produced from it instead of from scratch. We set clear timelines per project at the start, so you're never guessing.

**Q: Do you understand medical and patient-facing design rules?**

Yes. We've designed for medical and aesthetic practices since 2003, so patient-facing materials are built with privacy, accessibility, and the realities of medical marketing in mind, not just how they look. That judgment is exactly what a generalist designer doesn't have.

**Q: How is graphic design different from your branding service?**

Branding creates the identity, your logo, colors, type, and voice. Graphic design applies that identity to everything your practice produces, from brochures to social posts. Most practices need both, and we handle them under one roof so they always match.

**Q: We're opening or relaunching a practice. Can you design everything?**

Yes, and it's some of our favorite work. From the sign out front and your window graphics to the waiting-room materials and every handout, we design your whole physical presence as one brand, so day one looks like an established practice, not a soft opening. See our New Practice Launch service for the full launch package.

**Q: Do you require a long-term contract?**

No. We work month to month on a thirty-day rolling basis, so we earn the next month by performing in this one. The only thing we ask is thirty days' notice if you ever decide to cancel. No multi-year lock-in.
