## About the Project

Kia and Fatima contacted Urge to establish a web presence in-line with their unique brand vision. At the forefront of their practice is the customer experience. They were looking for a website that highlighted the trendy Los Angeles vibe while also offering the full comforts of home. In order to meet the client’s expectations, our design and content teams had to strike the perfect balance between professionalism and compassion. The Refresh message had to speak to their qualifications without sounding haughty or neglecting their patient-first focus.

## Professional Website Design

We designed and built the site for Refresh Med Spa LA, the Los Angeles practice founded by Kia Rowhanian, M.D., and Fatima Rowhanian. The look leans into a trendy LA vibe while keeping the warmth of their patient-first approach, so their credentials read as reassuring rather than elitist. SEO gives the practice room to be found by the right patients, and ongoing website maintenance keeps everything current long after launch.

## Logo and Branding

We built the logo and brand identity to hold the same balance the founders wanted patients to feel: clinical enough to trust, warm enough to relax into.
