Marketing Coordinator

Our digital marketing firm is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team! This role will collaborate with key players on our marketing team to ensure each project gets the resources and attention it needs to be successful. The candidate selected for this role will also be responsible for handling correspondence with clients and communicating with other departments within the company to keep marketing campaigns on track and successful.

Project Management

  • Execute day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinate marketing projects, deadlines and deliverables
  • Develop marketing strategies, objectives, and targets, ability to use data collected from campaigns to analyze the success of the project
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure with rapid deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
  • Comfort and experience interfacing directly with external clients by phone and email

Social Media

  • Experience working with social media platforms and social media management software (e.g., Later)
  • Create engaging text, social post graphics, and video content
  • Monitor social: follow, monitor and report online feedback and changes on the account
  • Develop optimal posting schedule according to engagement and web traffic trends
  • Oversee client’s social media accounts to ensure brand, messaging and image consistency

Email Marketing

  • Understanding of CAN-SPAM and email best practices
  • Experience working with email marketing platforms such as MailChimp and Constant Contact
  • Ability to create, modify and design new or existing email templates
  • Oversee email operations to ensure that emails are completed and deployed on time
  • Monitor campaign and delivery performance
  • Manage subscriber database include segmentation and grouping
  • Measure the effectiveness of email marketing campaigns to provide feedback and improve ROI from email marketing efforts

Content Copy

  • An ability to express concepts clearly, and write copy that has a logical flow of ideas
  • Create content needed for web copy, email content, articles/posts and social media voice as needed
  • Proofreading at various stages of production for accuracy

Design

  • A keen eye for brand-consistency and design aesthetically pleasing design graphics
  • Experience working with graphic software such as Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Ability to design, edit and create graphics for appropriate communication vehicle
  • Basic understanding of image optimization for web

Bonus Points

  • Experience in the medical industry including Plastic Surgery, Dermatology and/or MedSpas
  • Experience with social ads
