Digital Marketing Specialist

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience working in digital marketing, social media, digital strategy, or behavioral analytics
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once, manage time and tasks efficiently, and communicate availability and status to project leads proactively
  • Detail oriented, well organized, self-motivated, driven and responsible
  • Ability to research and educate others on trending technologies, methods, and opportunities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and focus on high impact activities to keep projects moving forward
  • Excellent collaboration and presentation skills
  • Work with cross-functional teams to conceptualize marketing plans, participate in group meetings to provide notes and feedback
  • Experience working with email campaign platforms – understand strategy behind email marketing, able to plan and execute and determine best send-out time and frequencies
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing and Analytics
  • Bing Ads, AdWords, Facebook/Twitter Experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite

Additional Skills Desired:

  • Proficient with WordPress
  • Eye for Design
  • Understand the difference between artwork for print and artwork for the web

The position will work directly with the marketing team and clients to recommend, implement, manage, support, evolve and track the effectiveness of new and existing strategies. Experience in Healthcare preferred
