Sales Executive

Urge Interactive, a leading marketing agency based in Los Angeles, is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our diverse portfolio of marketing services to businesses in various industries – with an emphasis on medical aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions to drive sales.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales pipeline reports.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to ensure the successful implementation of marketing strategies for clients.
  • Attend industry events, networking and staying informed about trends and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, specifically in selling marketing services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and ability to analyze sales data.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Occasional travel to industry events in the USA and Canada – USA Passport Required

Salary Range:

  • $65,000 – $75,000 plus commission

Willingness to travel:
